The vineyard of Saint-Julien d’Ici is mainly made up of Garonne gravel growing on 44 hectares planted with vines over 45 years old. The grape variety is 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. The winemaking methods are modern while respecting the know-how of the ancients, transmitted from generation to generation in this fabulous property of Saint-Julien.
At the tasting, Saint-Julien d’Ici offers an explosion of red fruits and spicy aromas acquired thanks to the blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. With a potential of keeping close to 10 years, this wine will sublimate your dishes.
