Our team, in constant research on the ground, today selected this superb Saint-Estèphe coming from a property of this beautiful region.
The vineyard of Saint-Estèphe d’Ici is mainly composed of clay-limestone, extending over 30 hectares planted with vines of more than 30 years. The grape varieties are 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Franc. The winemaking methods are modern while respecting the know-how of the ancients, transmitted from generation to generation in this fabulous property of Saint-Julien.
At the tasting, the Saint-Estèphe offers an explosion of red fruits and spicy aromas acquired thanks to the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon blend.
