The vineyard of Pessac-Léognan d’Ici is mainly composed of clay and gravel, extending over 20 hectares planted with vines over 35 years old. The grape variety is 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc. The winemaking methods are modern while respecting the know-how of the ancients, transmitted from generation to generation in this fabulous property of Saint-Julien.
At the tasting, Pessac-Léognan d’Ici offers a powerful and aromatic wine, all in length, quite typical of its appellation.
