The Estate

Owned by the Bernard family since 1983, this exceptional vineyard is run by a talented, dynamic, and committed team, constantly experimenting to best express this fabulous terroir. The vast forest that surrounds the vineyard enriches the typicality of this “secret garden” by offering a rich ecosystem and a microclimate that accentuates the thermal contrasts.

The Collection

To celebrate this iconic estate, BT and Domaine de Chevalier are pleased to offer you the very first exclusive vertical collection, directly from the Domaine’s cellars.

“COLLECTION I”, produced in only 100 cases, is composed of 5 Red vintages (2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016) and 1 White vintage (2015).

This anthology of some of the greatest vintages of the estate will allow you to discover, in 1 single case, different variations of the superb terroir of Domaine de Chevalier.

DOMAINE DE CHEVALIER ROUGE 2010 – The Legend

Blend: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon – 30 % Merlot – 5 % Petit Verdot
A highlight, a very great wine for laying down. Power, concentration, complexity, refinement, freshness.

Nose of exquisite refinement and complexity, an abundance of fruity, floral, spicy and mineral aromas, ample on the palate, with a superb grain of tannin and a long fresh finish. Distinguished, fruity, elegant and refined. Faithful to its reputation, Domaine de Chevalier excels in the so-called complicated vintages.

Blend: 55% Cabernet Sauvignon – 35 % Merlot – 5% Cabernet Franc – 5 % Petit Verdot
