In 1995, Eric Albada Jergersma, a Deutch business man, buys Château Giscours within le Haut Médoc de Giscours in his range. The investments that he will realize in the estate are equal to his passion of giving a new life to the estate.
In January 2001, Giscours is awarded of the ISO 9002 certification. This certification brings a guarantee of the vinification (arrival of the harvest to the cellar) until the bottling, stocking and expedition to the clients.
Le Haut Médoc de Giscours is the result of the perfect balance of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Merlot (50%). This wine perfect in its young age, has an intense bouquet of fruits and spices whose origin will confirm the quality over the years.
