Château Lestang May is located in the township of Saint-Selve in the heart of the GRAVES appellation, south of Bordeaux. The surface is 5.5 hectares located on gravel soil. The vinification is traditional, the wines are aged in barrels for a year. After this ageing, the wine is bottled in our locals with care.
The grape varieties of this wine are 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 80% Merlot. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings the tannins present in the wine and the Merlot the fruit. In this way the final wine is fruity and round. The typicity of the region of Graves is found in the wine. This one is elegant and rich. The finish is generous.
Juste like a new born this wine needs some months before being able to walk. A couple months wait will lead to a master piece!
