The weekend of Grands Crus will celebrate its 10 years the next 30 and 31 May. It is the occasion for the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux to show off more of 100 nice Grands Crus in a public place: the Hangar 14 in Bordeaux.
Saturday will be dedicated to tasting the famous Grands Crus between the Hangar 14 and Dinners at Estates with the owners. While, Sunday will let visitors handle the Grands Crus backstages by visiting Châteaux and meeting owners.

Tasting of Grands Crus at Hangar 14 from 10am to 5pm
A tasting of 2 vintages (within the incredible 2012) of more than 100 estates commented by wine-makers. Do not hesitate to book your pass in advance to get a discount if you’re a student or a wine professional.
Dinner in the Estates starting at 8pm
If you want a unique and privileged wine tasting time with owners, you will be totally seduced by that event: an exceptional dinner with the best food and wine pairings.

Horse-riding in the Médoc vineyards
What a better way than discovering the Médoc and its treasures by horse? During this day, you will visit 2 prestigious Châteaux and have a lunch in one of them.
Vineyard tours
A day tour is organized by the UGCB into the heart of the vineyards. Each tour includes a lunch in the estate.
You will have the choice between several regions: Médoc, Graves & Sauternes and Rive Droite.
Golf tournament at Margaux
The famous Coupe de l’Union des Grands Crus will take place in Margaux‘s Golf. During that all day event, golf enthousiasts and wine lovers will enjoy a lunch and a tasting at the clubhouse with Châteaux owners. The lunch and green fee are included. The prizes will be bottles of Bordeaux Grands Crus.
Open house
The owners that are members of the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux from Haut-Médoc, Médoc, Margaux, Moulis and Listrac will welcome you throughout the day to share their passion.
Tours are organized by appointment at set times (10am, 12am, 2pm and 4pm).
The UGCB gives you the opportunity to discover Grands Crus’ tricks in a very friendly atmosphere. This is the occation for all the generations to share a common passion in idyllic sourroundings that the region of Bordeaux has to offer!
