A huge thank you to all the team of Domaine de Chevalier who worked long weeks for this special evening which has taken place Saturday, September 14, 2013. It was in every way perfect, even if the weather was not very forgiving especially for the arrival of guests. We did feel that the team of Olivier Bernard and his wife Anne were strongly mobilized around this project of more than 1030 people … The parking, the train with cars for homeownership, the tent absolutely amazing, the strategic withdrawal of the weather forecast, tasting in the cellars, the induction of different people, the wonderful dinner with Jean Coussau (Michelin 2 stars) at the helm accompanied by Monblanc the caterer, the fireworks, the dance floor with beautiful notes of Pyla Bal à Papa … Not to mention the beautiful Adriana Karembeu came to an ultimate touch of beauty to the evening. We must say we were celebrating this evening a lot of anniversaries: 30 years of acquisition of Domaine de Chevalier by our family (BERNARD family), 60th the classification of wines of Graves and the 40th anniversary of the Union des Grands Bordeaux wines with Olivier as the President. We were treated to beautiful speech Emmanuel Cruse (Grand Master of the Commandery), Alain Juppé (former first minister and Mayor of Bordeaux), Jean Bernard (President BERNARD Group) and to finish with Olivier BERNARD with a speech around the full family of emotions …
